“The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful in organising tours and transfers which worked out really well. They were helpful at all times and very responsive and informed. Staying at this hotel was a brilliant start to our stay in Central Asia. The hotel too is very nice and centrally located. Food at the bar was also really nice. ”

“Struttura ricavata in un REALE ed elegante edificio storico, ubicata a due passi dal Chorsu Bazar e vicina al centro, per quanto sia difficile localizzare un centro tradizionale in una capitale come Tashkent, con posti significativi diffusi a macchia di leopardo. La pulizia è maniacale, le stanze molto belle ed accoglienti, così come tutta la struttura. Noi avevamo la possibilità di godere in un piccolo giardino, molto ben curato, cui la sera ci lasciavamo cullare dalla temperatura più mite....

“Very good hotel, in a good area, with several restaurants & coffee places nearby. Considering the low price of the local transportation, the location was also good (approx 20 min & 5 eur to city center, by car). Big & clean rooms, various fruits, almond & dates snacks served for free. ”

“Staff were very welcoming and helpful at check in. Room was spacious and everything was as expected. QR codes were on desk to allow you to order room service or fill the minibar. Rooms are well soundproofed and have lovely views of the Lovers Park, Khan Shatyr and central Astana. Breakfast was usual buffet style with a mix of hot and cold options, pastries and fruit and veg available. Overall we would happily stay here again. ”
